You can connect a Google account to send email from your own address and check your calendar before booking appointments. ShowRunner requests two permissions:
When you send a follow-up or confirmation to one of your own contacts, ShowRunner sends it through your Gmail address so replies come back to your real inbox. ShowRunner only sends messages you initiate or schedule. It does not read, delete, or modify your existing email.
ShowRunner reads your calendar availability so pre-screen appointments never double-book against your personal schedule. It does not create, change, or delete calendar events.
Tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shared or sold. You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings or from your Google Account permissions page. ShowRunner's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details in our Privacy Policy.

The founding-member base plan is $499 per month and includes one closer. Additional closer seats are $75 per month. Founding members keep their locked-in base rate for as long as they stay subscribed.
